Circle H Ranch Riding Rates & Policies

Lesson Prices
Group: $25.00/hr, maximum of six riders
Semi-Private: $35.00/hr, two to three riders max
Private: $50.00/hr, one on one training

prices do not include HST

Polices
Registration & Payment

The monthly payment entitles the student to a reserved appointment for the same day and time each week.

Each month of lessons is to be paid in full on the 1st lesson of the month. Spaces are not held without payment.

Lesson Conduct

Acceptable footwear is mandatory and approved riding helmets are mandatory for all riders.

Students wearing unacceptable or unsafe clothing will be denied access to the lesson.

Students will be assigned horses for each lesson as designated by the instructor, as horses are matched to rider level, size, personality, and availability.

If you must miss a lesson, please be considerate and leave a message on our machine

General Rules

Please drive slowly in laneway when entering and leaving the property

No open toe shoes permitted in the barn

Visiting children must be supervised by their parents at all times

All ranch animals are to be treated with respect

Refund Policy

Lessons missed and/or cancelled by students for any reason are non-transferable and not eligible for credit or refund. Due to road conditions/bad weather lessons will be cancelled for the safety of all students, and make up lesson will be scheduled in.
